Our Policy

At ISLA, we are committed to delivering the highest quality. For hygiene considerations, exchanges are exclusively accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order, and only in the following cases:

  • Receipt of a defective item
  • Receipt of an incorrect item

To be eligible, the item must remain:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all tags intact

Requesting an Exchange

Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the issue (with the product tag visible)
  • A brief description of the concern

We kindly ask that the item remains unused and tags are not removed.

Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • The item will be replaced with the same design and color, subject to availability
  • If unavailable, you will receive store credit equivalent to your purchase value

Kindly Note

We are unable to process exchanges if:

  • The request is submitted after 48 hours
  • The item shows any signs of wear (including fragrance, makeup, or pin marks)
  • The tags have been removed

في ISLA، نحرص على تقديم أعلى مستوى من الجودة.
ولأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة، يتم قبول طلبات الاستبدال خلال 48 ساعة فقط من الاستلام، وذلك في الحالات التالية:

  • وجود عيب في المنتج
  • استلام منتج غير مطابق للطلب

ويشترط أن يكون المنتج:

  • في حالته الأصلية تمامًا
  • غير مستخدم أو مُجرب
  • مرفقًا بـ الكارت الخاص به

  • رقم الطلب
  • صور واضحة للمشكلة (مع ظهور الكارت)
  • وصف مختصر للمشكلة

نرجو عدم استخدام المنتج أو إزالة الكارت قبل مراجعة الطلب.

آلية الاستبدال

بعد مراجعة الطلب والموافقة عليه:

  • سيتم استبدال المنتج بنفس التصميم واللون حسب التوفر
  • في حال عدم توفره، سيتم إضافة رصيد بقيمة المنتج إلى حسابك

لا يمكن إتمام الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:

  • الإبلاغ بعد مرور 48 ساعة
  • ظهور أي آثار استخدام (عطر، مستحضرات تجميل، آثار دبابيس)
  • إزالة الكارت الخاص بالمنتج

Within Egypt

  • Delivery is estimated within 3–8 working days
  • Orders may arrive sooner, however this cannot be guaranteed
  • During peak seasons (launches, restocks, holidays), slight delays may occur
